Rapidly growing within a $70B industry, Oncue’s Sales team — using a mishmash of tools like HelloSign, Google Drive, email and Word for their contracts — was struggling with getting their contracts sent out and signed quickly.

Leveraging Outlaw’s end-to-end deal flow tool Flow, Oncue’s Sales team was able to streamline and accelerate their sales contract process by 75%. Rather than going back-and-forth between multiple applications, Justin and his colleagues can now quickly generate pre-built contracts, fill in the blanks, gather internal approvals, send and collect signatures all from one digital environment.

Positive user experience and interface increases contract turnaround rate 

Oncue was also delighted to see that Outlaw helped increase their overall contract turnaround rate by 15%. Justin explained this is thanks to the beautiful, professional way contracts are presented to customers, as well as the ease of contract review and eSigning on the platform.  

“With our previous tool, the interface wasn’t as slick and fewer customers opened our contracts to sign. Sometimes, emails would get lost and a lot of follow up was needed to get a signature. But now with Outlaw, we’re seeing a significant 92% of our agreements come back — that’s a 15% increase from before,” Justin continues. “In fact, we hit a record-breaking number of moves booked in May, and we’ve just broken the record again in June!”
