According to G2Crowd, the leading review site for business software, Outlaw earned our spot in the top 5 based on high levels of user satisfaction from review data on the site. We surpassed our competitors in satisfaction scores in the following areas:
Ease of Setup – 90% satisfaction rate as compared to the average of 81%
Quality of Support – 99% satisfaction rate as compared to the average of 87%
Ease of Admin – 98% satisfaction rate as compared to the average of 86%
Coming off the heels of other achievements
This news also comes off the heels of several other achievements. In fall 2018, Outlaw was one of 4 contract management startups invited to present at the IACCM Americas Conference for contract management in St. Petersburg, Florida. In the summer, we were also recognized with Great User Experience awards from software review sites Finances Online and CompareCamp.
